Nikki Naghavi

Welcome! Here’s a bit about me:

Nikki Naghavi is the founder and principal of Glass Artists, a musician entertainment agency that provides conservatory-trained musicians for luxury events. As an entrepreneur, she is passionate about creating memorable experiences by employing highly skilled music professionals and students. Nikki is also an MBA Candidate at the Global Leaders Institute, with an expected graduation in December 2025, enhancing her business expertise as she leads her agency forward.

A classically trained violinist and graduate of the New England Conservatory, Nikki is an active performer in Boston. She has played with prestigious ensembles such as the Boston Philharmonic and the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, and frequently performs with the Beacon Street Quartet at Candlelight Concerts. Her deep commitment to education is evident through her teaching, where she works with violin students of all ages across the globe.

In 2020, Nikki co-founded Through the Staff, a 501(c)(3) organization that has provided over $556,000 in free music lessons to children who had lost access to music education during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Nikki also spent 2023-2024 on staff at the New England Conservatory’s Expanded Education Department, managing various programs including string, piano, chamber music, and early childhood education.

Outside of her professional life, Nikki enjoys traveling, fitness, and exploring diverse cuisines. She shares her musical journey and lifestyle content on Instagram, @nikkinaghaviviolin, with a vision of making music more accessible to people from all walks of life.
